We were fortunate enough to attend the birthday party of the fabulous Dawn at the Chase Hotel in Ross On Wye this weekend, and what a great party it was! We managed over 120 sessions within the 3 hours which was an impressive 488 photos!! Talk about value for money.

Every body had a great night, including us, and, if she didn’t drink too much, it will be a party that Dawn won’t forget in a hurry.

After many many hours of work, cups of coffee and long nights writing code listening music, the new myPhotobooth website is ready to go live!

As I’m sure you will agree, the new design is much more cleaner, more interactive and has a whole host of additional information included – and of course plenty of nice pictures! As you can see from the image above, the old site looked a little lack-lustre so we decided to give it a spruce up. Included in the new layout is a dedicated FAQ section, a prices section so that you can find out how much a photo booth costs, a feedback section so you can see what our clients have to say about our photo booth hire and a small gallery of photos.

Of course there is still plenty more work to be done, the comments section needs a bit of a tidy up and there are a couple more tweaks and features to be added but we’ll get there.

A big congratulations to Hellen and Michele on their wedding day. Hellen and Michele tied the knot in front of family, friends and colleagues at the lovely Pengethley Manor wedding venue in Ross On Wye on the weekend before heading off for a honeymoon in the beautiful island town of Kalamaki in Greece.

The ceremony was wonderful and led onto a fun and enjoyable evening reception with a pig roast provided by Ogleby Butchers of Hereford and of course myPhotobooth in attendance.

If you happen to have yourself a copy of the Hereford Times this week, you can find a small write up on us in the business news section along with a couple of pictures of the photo booth in action. For those of you without a copy of the Hereford Times, the article reads;

“It looks like a normal photo booth – but none of the pictures it takes are likely to be appearing in any passports.

 

The custom-made booth has space for five people but has been known to cram 12 partygoers inside for a unique picture.

 

Hereford’s Jamie O’Rourke takes the booth to weddings, birthdays and corporate events and says it is incredible how people relax without a professional snapper the other sideof the lens.

 

Mr O’Rourke, aged 30, who runs the business with partner Carly Shaw, said: “People are hidden inside by the curtains so there is no one watching and no nerves. Those initiallytoo scared to enter are always the ones we have to drag out!””
